A new gang initiation
is underway. Here's the set up: Baby seat with decoy toy
baby covered in a blanket placed near traffic by an open
field or foliage. Usually a woman will stop her car to aid.
That woman is then victimized in various ways by gang
members. Do not stop - call 9-1-1 if you think someone is in
danger.
Gang members throw
eggs at the windshield. Unsuspecting driver reacts by
turning on wipers and using the water spray to clear it up.
The water mixes with the egg and makes a cloudy mess causing
the driver to pull over, get out and clean windshield in
order to see. This is when that driver becomes a victim. If
eggs are broken on windshield, drive to the nearest gas
station or safe well-lit location where there are other
people (witnesses). Do NOT turn on wipers or spray
windshield.
