Drive Project gets GREEN LIGHT from the City! Both BCNA and
Hollywoodland Homeowners Association are engaged! The three
retaining walls that will be necessary to support the
project they have planned fly in the face of city hillside
ordinances and will be a visual blight to the community. We
will post updates on how you can support appeals to halt
this wrong-headed project. For reference, ZA 2007-2504(ZAD)
Both BCNA and
HHA have filed appeals opposing the zoning administrators
recommendations of approval for the project. We will share
the hearing date when it is announced to us. Neighbors need
to show up and write letters to the Area Planning Commission
when we have a hearing date.
