Preferential Parking Report: Missy Kelly 

Permit Parking on its way however, 2 Hour parking not included in letter; Franklin Avenue omitted from list.  

Emilie:  Working on ironing out the problems as described by Missy.  Preferential Parking process completed. Signs are scheduled to be installed; diagonal parking on Chula Vista scheduled; Franklin Avenue will be re-assessed and included if meets criteria. She said that Preferential Parking office is not looking to delay the implementation of the program. 

Tom LaBonge: Spoke about improvements to the community, development of additional parks in the area and the permit parking area. 

Lt. Kenny Hill spoke about increased parking enforcement throughout the community and that it will increase with the implementation of preferential parking which will demand that three units be patrolling the area around the clock. 

Brian Wilsbacher made himself available to answer questions concerning signage in the area. 

By-Laws amendments.  Changes were made to the by-laws as outlined by the By-Law Committee including expanding the boundaries slightly, increasing the number of board members from 9 to 11 and amending the length of service on the board to two years instead of one year before re-election. 

Board Member Elections: All board members and two nominees were elected by acclamation since there were no candidates that surpassed number of members of the board. 

New Board Members elected to a two-year term:
