(that's the parcel

Fran's home at 2751
Westshire at the dirt
turn out).
We also
want the developer to
widen and retain the lot
directly to the south of
his property in
accordance with City
Ordinances.

Westshire needs 20 full
feet of open roadway for
emergency vehicles and
sanitation trucks. We
are in a fire zone and
must be able to rely on
the 20-feet that other
developers are providing
to our neighborhood.
